What the course covers
During this 1-day course with interactive workshop sessions, you will explore how the changing world continues to challenge organisations. The idea of this course for building a future literate organisation is to enhance competencies that help us manage change and broaden deep thinking about the future.
The aim is to shift thinking away from an assumed future by identifying the opportunities that arise through a crisis. Organisations benefit from a futures- literate workforce who are more adaptable, agile and receptive to change. What skills and tools will enable us to thrive in the future?

Taking into consideration the mindsets and values of future literate organisations while reshaping business principles.
Methods to integrate future thinking into your organisation
How we become aligned with future thinking and how this is incorporated into our organisations.
